Chemworld International is a leading organic pigment manufacturer and supplier based in the United States, serving buyers in the plastics, inks, coatings, and industrial colorant markets. Unlike dyes, which dissolve in a carrier medium pigments are insoluble particles that impart color through dispersion. This makes pigments the ideal colorant choice for applications requiring superior lightfastness, heat stability, and chemical resistance.
Our pigment portfolio focuses on organic pigments across all major subclasses, including AZO pigments, Phthalocyanine pigments (Phthalo Blue, Phthalo Green), High Performance Pigments (HPP), and Quinacridone pigments. Whether you are formulating masterbatches for plastic coloring, inks for printing, or industrial coatings, we have the right pigment chemistry for your application.
Plastic pigment manufacturers and compounders rely on Chemworld for vibrant, heat-stable pigments that survive high-temperature processing in injection molding, blown film, and extrusion. Our plastic-grade pigments are selected for high dispersibility, low migration, and consistency from batch to batch.
Our organic pigments for inks and coatings deliver the clean masstone, strong tinting strength, and lightfastness that offset, flexographic, and industrial coatings demand. We stock Pigment Blue 15:3, Pigment Red 254, Pigment Yellow 180, and many more industry-standard shades.

The color shades displayed should only be considered a representation of the indicated dye or pigment. Actual color can depend on varying factors, including the desired application. Product samples are recommended for testing before use and/or purchase.
Organic pigments are carbon-based compounds that offer bright, vivid colors with high tinting strength, and are commonly used in plastics, inks, and coatings. Inorganic pigments are mineral-based (oxides, sulfates) and tend to have greater opacity and heat resistance but more muted hues. Chemworld specializes in organic pigments.
Pigments for plastic applications must withstand processing temperatures of 200–300°C and resist migration into adjacent materials. High Performance Pigments (HPP) like Pigment Yellow 110, Pigment Red 254, and Pigment Violet 19 are excellent choices. Phthalocyanine pigments (Pigment Blue 15:3, Pigment Green 7) are workhorses for blue and green plastic masterbatches.
We supply both dry pigment powders and dispersions depending on the application and customer process. Dispersions offer easier incorporation for liquid systems like inks and coatings. Contact our team to discuss your preferred form factor and we will recommend the right option.
No minimum order is required on most pigment SKUs. We can supply lab samples for evaluation as well as full commercial quantities. Pricing is tiered by volume — contact us for a quote.
